Welcome to the Copper Chef Charity Cook-Off.Hosted by
Shawnigan Shores B&B Retreat, this event
has become a favourite with local chefs and the
lucky judges that have the honour of tasting
their fabulous creations.
The Chefs are given certain ingredients that
they are to use in each of the three courses.
Appetizer
Entrée
Dessert
The Chefs also choose a charity that the proceeds
will be donated to after the event.
The Judges score each dish and the points are
tallied at the conclusion of the meal.
The Kitchen at Shawnigan Shores B&B Retreat
is perfectly suited for this wonderful evening
and all participating have a terrific time.
